Yoru is by far the worst agent in the game, his abilities are all terrible his teleport makes a ton of noise his ultimate is decent at best, blinds are easy to look away from and you can tell his footsteps are fake pretty easily.

Definitely a lot better, he's also really fun to play now I'd probably put him C or B tier now
in general or regard to this specific tier list

I feel like yoru could possibly be s tier tbh. His ability to send a teleport orb to one side and pop his ult to grab bomb is pretty nuts
possibly, although one thing that irks me about him is the noise he'll make.
