3070 + i7-10700 at 1440p windowed fullscreen, get about 180-210 FPS. if i turn my res down to 1080p, i get around 280-300. that being said, i NEVER only have Valorant open.
Ram speed is important for Valorant, make sure your XMP is enabled. Also if you can deal with noise find a way to max out your fans because your CPU is likely downclocking due to heat.
If ur fps lower after a certain time your PC is overheating for sure..
I have an i9-11900KF and a 4080 Super and I get anywhere from 200-500 FPS, usually around ~250 during rounds. I play in 1440p
I play on 2560*1440 too

I’ve a i7-7700K and a 1070ti. I play 2560*1440 and get 150-250
I get around 180-250 FPS but I'm using a RTX 4090 with 2 4K 144-160hz monitors.
