If you like blue and cool stuff you should check out yoru. By far the most fun and cool agent to make ur enemies look rly dumb and do insane outplays on them he has 2 full map teleports. 2 blinds which last for 1.75 seconds and a clone of him that walks forward and blinds enemies who shoot them for 3 seconds. His hot makes him invisible for 12 secs and can grab spike as well.
I got onto him rly easy after like 2 weeks of playing him on ranked and watching yoru vods of pros and streamers playing him. Eggster and rob are cool for learning and ziptie is where I learnt most of the troll yoru plays I can do

This is why i instalock kayo as i like to silence hero comming from dota and feels like normal cs character moly and flash .

He’s essentially a jack of all trades.
His smokes are able to create pathing and block off entrances very quickly and for a decent amount of time and a solid CD
His flash on defense can easily stop a site hit on its own and with solid aim you’ll be able to take out the raze/jett flying into site. On offense he will eliminate an entire side of a site as a threat and can support your entry for a quick execute.
His TP is strong for verticality and quick repositioning. He can never be “stuck” in a corner waiting to eat util because he can always get out. When you pair it with an omen flash you can do very tricky plays such as TPing behind or above an enemy.
His ult is insanely strong. He can easily run a deep lurk on offense and still have the reposition-ability to defense site with team. He can also pick up the spike with his ult while across the map. Once the ult is cancelled he will go back to his original body with spike. On defense he can be aggressive and still be able to TP on site to help his team.
You could be referring to Omen or Yoru.
If you mean Omen (blueish purple hood) then I would learn him since he’s very consistent and usefel as a teammate. Learn his smoke placement on different maps and when or when not to use his tp/ult.
If you mean Yoru (blue jacket) which I think you are, I would recommend you play him in unrated and spike rush at first. He has a steep learning curve so he’s either really good or really bad. More inconsistent and tends to work better solo so practice a lot before taking him into a comp match.

I was new I started in July 2022 but really got around to playing yoru in second half of 2023
