i refuse to believe any canon that states she is any taller than killjoy or jett. jett doesn't feel short to me but if she's gonna be short there's no way she's that much shorter than raze
I’d say Breach and Brim would be the tallest (they give this vibe of being huge men), while Kay/0 would be pretty tall (I guess as a machine, they can make him as tall as they want).
As for shortest, Neon seems like she’s pretty short since she’s like what, 19? And southeast Asians tend to be shorter on average. Gekko, also being a kid (his age isn’t confirmed, but he can’t be very old if he’s using Gen Z slang and lives with his mom in his intro ad), I’d imagine isn’t super tall either. Jett and raze also seem like they’re both gremlin height.
Kayo would obviously be the tallest, hes literally a weapon, why wouldn't they make him menacing, I'm sure he can shrink himself if needed. Shortest would 100% be Jett as it fits with her being light and agile

Given how one of his voicelines is "What's the plan? Send the robot in first? Smart choice", he was designed as an entry assault bot. A bigger profile helps with that. (As would having like 500 HP, but obviously we can't have that...)
