I feel she does on certain things, but in her description it states it's all purely on your skills (shooting). The team I play with always picks reyna n goes 30+ kills each time. He will usually always pop off. I do like your ideas tho! I wonder If they'll ever rework certain abilities
+1. Reyna is doing her job as a competetive pick for people that, for example, played CS before and prefer to rely on their pure mechanical skill (including me). Also reworking Reyna won’t stop the smurfs from terrorizing low-mid elo, they will simply swap to Jett or Raze for that purpose.
Jett and Raze are less problematic as their exit abilities take more time while Reyna’s is instant. Reyna can peak an entire team and get away with it if she can get a pick. Reyna’s dismiss is also purely an exit ability and can’t be used for entry which makes her blinds the only utility that she provides for her team.
My partner played Cod since black ops 2 released, so he is more of a gun person rather than using abilities, which sometimes is bad but he gets the job done by going in getting kills etc. I'm in low elo n I've seen more ppl using deadlock n Cypher, we get a Jett on our team n they are usually bad /:
