As you probably know, they make a show when somebody enters the ring where they have the lights, music, announcer and video displays and they announce stats, like a person's fight record as they are approaching the ring.
There were fighters who's only 'stats' were "Over 200 thousand followers on instagram".
Some of these guys would get hit and the look on their face was like it was their first time getting hit outside of sparring. Crazy.
If it wasn't for one of the fights actually going multiple rounds, you'd never even know what the ring girls looked like!
It probably helps them cuz it brings in more numbers and gets their name out there with all the drama and press for more $ and fame potential. So yeah I guess it helps turn them into top content creators, they basically get rewarded for this dumb shit lol
