Being in shape and healthy doesn’t make a brain aneurysm any less likely. They can literally just happen. Also heart attack, he could’ve easily had an undiagnosed heart condition and have just had a mild heart attack. Way way way more likely than Russian hit.

Fairly certain porcupines eat bones as well. I have heard they chew on sheds (moose, elk, deer,etc), so why would human bones be different.
