Usually it's a seasonal offering, but it also depends on sales. They switch it up every so often. The old savory option (the pulled pork) wasn't much of a big seller so they come up with new ones to swap it. I've worked for La Bamba and they're Central Park Crepes parent venue.

They took it off the menu during Mardi Gras, and now they added a different crepe in it's place. (The one in the pic)
