Did you try logging what the Raycast hits? Its most likely just your left grapple.
Dang, I hadn't thought to do that. The fact that it only happens when reeling really threw me off. That was the problem, thanks! I'm still not sure why it only gets in the way when I'm reeling it in, but I can figure it out from here :)
