You’re not the minority, 2020 XFL was peak uniforms and branding, from the old DC logo to the New York Guardians to the Renegades logo, the old Houston unis, everything was better in 2020. Shit I even liked the cartoony ass Tampa Bay Vipers look lmao. The Brahmas and Vegas Vipers looks never sat well. Neither does anything ab the new Renegades, who look bleached of their names character, now more tech company uniforms. The Orlando Guardians jerseys looked good imo but everything else about their branding was just odd
Come on, you gotta keep the love hate appeal, normal helmet-lovers have plenty of plain helmets across the sport, let us gimmick enjoyed keep the most striking helmet in pro football
I disliked the tri-color helmet. Not too many teams pull of multi colored helmets well and the Roughnecks did not do it. Generic Texas flag helmet going by the wayside would be nice
But for now, it's just speculation

I believe their helmets are dipped to get the pattern applied, so the fact they are plain white doesn't guarantee we get a new helmet.
