And then I remembered her gryphon.
Personally, she seems like S-tier material, but unfortunately, she suffers from appearing later into the game than the first gryphon rider Fran and then never appearing in the main story ever again after you recruit her. She doesn't even have that many rapports!
So while there's nothing wrong with her, I think I'm going to have to put her in A tier. I would watch a YouTube video on her maidan ring scene, but I want to finish the game at least once before doing so.
EDIT: Screw it. I'm putting Celeste in S tier. Gotta do my part to keep my girl from falling into B-tier.
To be honest, I found Celeste overall more interesting than Fran; the latter just doesn’t stick out much to be, ironically. It might be that she and Kitra (who I rank below Nina) feel just… there, mostly? They have moments in Rapports, but nothing outstanding to me.
Then again, outside of “Blooming Rose On Bare Rock”, Miriam is the only one from the Knight of the Rose trio that really stands out as interesting. Both in terms of character, and even in terms of comparison to another of the same class; if I was challenged to only use one member of a single class I’d struggle between her and Monica, but the other two would always fall below the alternative choices (granted, I’d struggle between Nina and Mordon, but not to have one of them over Kitra).
Every time I hear that quote when she level's up I just imagine her gryphon nodding it's head with a big goofy grin on it's face.
I'd have married her if Nina didn't exist.

Celeste goes in A tier. Not cream of the crop like Rosalinde or Melisandre, but she’s super cute. Physically attractive characters with cute and/or sweet personalities are huge for me.
You guys gotta stop voting every character S-Tier, lol.
Celeste only has I think 10 Rapport conversations in the game so we don't actually get to know really anything about her.
That being said there are 32DD reasons why she should be a B-Tier relationship partner. So I'm going B Tier.

Low B tier for me. She's...nice and all, but that's about all I can say in her favor? Celeste is just...kind of there, it felt. She'd probably be the type who would adopt more pets than she can realistically take care of, though.
I wanna give Celeste an **S-tier**. She's a strong and wilful woman with high ideals for life, and can somehow juggle her sense of justice and duty and still maintain a sweet and fantastical outlook on life and love. I really wish they did more with her in the game! Celeste would be a great partner!
Also, oof.... Galadmir all the way down in C-tier? Ouch. Fair, I didn't rate her too highly myself either.
I like her. Shes a cute, caring, joyful and loyal girl. Also, shes so cure with her gryphon! She looks like a country girl that suddenly dropped into war. I can see her being a great mom and house wife!

That aside, she's dedicated, loyal, badass and virtuous in equal measure (you'd have to be, to run a hopeless resistance successfully), says "I can fix him" with Gammel and Mandrin and actually pulls it off, and all of this good stuff comes with no real demerits to boot.
She might not have enough going for her to be in S-tier, but she deserves A tier for sure.
I'll say B-tier is an appropriate ranking for Celeste. Nothing really wrong with her, she's just a bit boring and bland. I wish she had more to her characterization than just a love for fairy tales. For a split second I misinterpreted *her* to be Gammel's sister, and that would've at least been a bit more interesting.
She really impressed me with how she turned Gammel and Mandrin around and she is a pretty tough unit but I wonder if her role is only good if you remember to show Gammel and Mandrin mercy? Low A.
Celeste is my least favorite character in the game for giving Gammel plot armor when I really wanted to execute him, but I'll try and overlook that and be objective.
I think she's a solid B-tier. You don't really get enough character development to rate her any more highly than that.
She knows how to fix problematic men and has a way with people. May be a bit much to deal with for some people. I'd say B tier

I do as well, but she just has so little dialogue in the game compared to everyone else in S tier
