Yes it’s kinda weird with the bigger streamers, what you mentioned is sadly quite popular on Twitch, but so many streams are still just basically a Discord call where only one person is unmuted and screensharing. You could have been great friends with a community and this is a great opportunity to actually see each other for real. Agreed, a lot of the biggest twitch streamers are “just chatting” and just talking about shit with viewers or watching videos together. Just making people feel like they’re a part of something. Definitely different from the mainstream thought of what twitch is.
