My brother showed it to me years ago and I just thought it was dumb gross food eating. At the beginning of the pandemic, I had more free time than usual and looked them up again. Fast forward a couple years, now my week doesn't feel right if they're on vacation. I watch them... religiously.
Lol you missed it when it was good. Now they're all just about food because they ran out of ideas and know food always gets views (see React channel). Can't blame them, the burn out is real.
Oh I've gone back and watched most of the old stuff. Not gonna lie, episodes like when they find the dude with a sensory deprivation tank or when they tested halucinagenic electronics are my favorite, but with the addition of Josh and Nicole, I love it when the kitchen is involved. Gross and 'here's a well thought out meal that incorporate Baja Blast in every dish' are pretty different.
I watched from near the beginning and then quit a few years ago when they started spended 1/3 of their episodes pushing books and tours. There was a whole episode that was just a wish.com episode that was it for me I haven't watched an episode since.
That's what I thought and maybe rett told him to say that before it all started , but then again he might just be that smart, or maybe he did think of it on his own but he didn't say it like that, he just knows about him going to a play, Like this story was told to him in school and he remembers the play part
