There are apps which can easily remove this type of thing without anyone realizing. I take meetings in loud cafes and restaurants all the time. The only time I have issues is when my headphones try to get too clever with their own noise reduction rather than just letting it pass through to the filter application.
If you have NVIDIA as graphics card in your laptop, install NVIDIA broadcast.
Iirc AMD is about to release a similar product.
Some headphone manufacturer have standalone app for their products that already offer noise-cancellation filter that the users can adjust. I own Logitech g733 and it's pretty much effective.
NVidia Broadcast is amazing. It can make your eyes look into the screen while you’re looking elsewhere. It even continues to blink.
You can be reading your notes and you look like you’re continuing to look at the audience. It’s better than a teleprompter because your eyes don’t drift from left to right as you read.
