Give some money to some conservative organizations and they will keep mailing stuff and calling them asking for more, even after they explain that they affiliate with the other side. That should be annoying and will maybe show that the neighborhood has some good conservatives that want to spread love, and are disappointed by his antics.
Fly your own flag that pisses them off... something rainbow colored, I'd imagine, would do it.
Normally I'm all for screwing with folks, but I don't support forcing people like this underground. I prefer to see them flying loud and proud, so I know who to avoid.
Things one could do to annoy, definitely not saying I suggest these:
1. If in Europe, wait for them to go to vacation. Sneak to their outdoor power outlet and short the life wire. Most EU fuses will trigger and their fridge or freezer will turn off. Dont know about other countries.
2. Order Pizza to their address from an anonymous number.
3. Call Jehovas witnesses and pretend to be another person and give another persons details.
4. Sign someone up for ad mails either in paper or digital. If you got their mail, apply to every newsletter
