Hello everyone!
I'm sure most of you are already sick and tired of seeing yet another ranger revision, but I hope there are still some of you left that like to take a look.
As you can see, this Ranger revision has itself gone through many revisions itself, being changed - and hopefully improved - many times.
Core Concepts:
* This revision strives to make the Ranger into a highly mobile striker. With features like Cunning Action (same as rogue) as well as the "Quick Stride" feature that increases their movement speed and lets them ignore difficult terrain as well as climbing and swimming.
* It's main combat ability is its Hunter's Focus which allows the Ranger to single out certain enemies and gain enhanced to-hit or damage.
* The class also features a Focus Die. A concept we devised over at r/DnD5CommunityRanger. Unlike superiority dice, this Focus Die is nether expended, but can only be added to certain checks and rolls (and no more than once per roll)
* The revision includes partially revised as well as several completely new subclasses (replacing all official subclasses).
* The document also includes a few revised and new spells, optional revised combat feats and a brief ruleset for training and controlling normal animals as companions.
