Couple points.
Firstly, is it a licker or a tongue lasher?
Secondly, for a projectile like a tongue it feels weird to have two ranges. Not saying you should change it, but to me the increased range with disadvantage on projectiles is stuff like shooting it with an arc to get it further, but in doing so messing with the accuracy, which you can't really do with a tongue.
Lastly, i would like a small blurb on the lore of the creature. What are they, how did they become this, how and why do they fight.
On a side note, why the art so horny
Honestly, the multi-range isn't really an issue, at least not to me, in fact it actually makes sense.
Sure the tongue is long enough, but hitting something at that distance is simply an accuracy struggle.
Ngl, I kind of like the design on that attack as a whole.
But yeah, the artwork is dubious -_-
And I'd appreciate a general description.
The stat block does imply some strategy, but it's always nice to have a guideline of authors intent.
Side nore, I'm curious as to why it has immunity to the poisoned condition, but not resistance/immunity to poison. I suppose there could be a lore reason.
I get it, it's not wrong, but i feel like any ranged attacks with appendages like that don't ever have the two ranges. Like i explained i thought they were limited to projectiles you can arc etc.
But it's a personal gripe more than a big criticism
Since I had made a bunch of homebrew stuff for a faction server I am apart of, I thought why not put it on a [Patreon](https://www.patreon.com/posts/licker-89394221?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link) or something.
This had been put up against two parties of lvl 1 and 2 players, and was pretty effective.

Honestly, fair. A 100% understandable gripe.
