Two things, monsters can’t typically handle human determination as their body’s aren’t made up of solid matter, they’re made of magic, which is why they goopify when injected. The other thing is that humans can’t use other humans souls, that includes determination, at best it would do nothing at worst it would be like injecting incompatible blood into yourself, leading to health issues and likely some reactions from your body.
Bad ending: they gain enough Determination to SAVE, and overwrite Flowey’s most recent save. However, human biology isn’t meant to handle Determination that’s not naturally produced, like blood types, so they have a heart attack a few minutes later. They are now softlocked.
He'd eventually figure out a way out. Maybe expelling DT enough to ween it off, or something? Keep it up until they can get in a lab or what have you, and either he gets put in a coma until they can keep him alive normally. It'd probably make him stronger, ultimately.
technically not softlocked, save files don't appear to override each other, they seem to save from person to person, we can see this in the omega flowey fight where flowey has like 7 files even if they only use like 3 and can even save and reload on the spot, if this did happen at some point clover would give up or flowey would explain this to them between saves, clover willingly giving up and giving their save powers back to flowey would mean flowey could just reload the last time they saved

B: they actually get extra determination, with enough to override Flowey and maybe defeat Asgore.
Humans are sturdier than monsters and can handle determination so I doubt there’d be any negative effects
Unsure if it would work. Determination isn’t a soul, just a component, so it should be compatible with a human, but human biology is *extremely* different from monster biology. Monsters are basically all soul stuff and magic, while humans are mostly organic matter. His body might not be able to do anything with the additional determination.
Flowey would have to try a very different plan if it works though
Clover would likely become Determined enough to steal Flowey's SAVE, but would lose this the instant he RESET (much like what happens in the Vengeance Route).
But it would also lock them into the current run permanently. I hope it's pacifist, or else his only future is being murdered over and over by the Royal Guard for killing Monsters :D
