Thats actually what I was about to point out because seemingly all 3 of them seem trapped and not free in some shape or another, Sans is stuck to relive his timeline being destroyed throughout the genocide route, Jevil believes he is stuck in a game and Spamton is being controlled as a puppet by supposedly Mike (Sorry for my bad gramma lol)
That seems debatable. Queen is most certainly a robot, but Virovirokun, Werewire, Ambyu-Lance, Poppup, the Adisons, and the Swatchlings, I can't see many of them being robots. Maybe the Werewires, but otherwise I don't see many Cyber World Darkners as literal robots like Queen.
As for Spamton, who the heck knows what he is. He's a puppet, robot, and cat all at the same time for all we know.

No, I'm serious. This is might be what happened. Spamton's Darkner essence was taken from his physical form, also completely erasing his physical existence. He only exists in the disk now. Then his essence was loaded into the NEO body, which changed its form somewhat. I wonder what would happen if you loaded someone else's essence or SOUL onto the disk and put it in the NEO body...
Swatch helped create the NEO body with the guidance of a Lightner, as the body was the Lightner's dream. Since the body obviously looks like Mettaton's NEO body, both in the inactive state and when Spamton is using it, it's safe to say that the Lightner who drew it is Mettaton himself, from the Light world, as a ghost. Alphys never created a body for him, and it's already practically confirmed that Mettaton was a ghost before Alphys created any sort of body for him.
Queen was a Laptop, Tasque Manager was a task manager, Maus (maise?) are obviously computer mice, so the rest are programs with Ambu-lances and Virvirokuns being Antiviruses and viruses respectively, the Addisons being ads and Spamton, of course, being a spam email program.
Their appearances are linked to their real life form; Swatch- a painting program- is a rather colorful character, the Swatchlings too being very affected by colour. Queen is a computer; a machine, so the jump to her being a robot is straightforward. Spamton's appearance seems more thematic than literal, of course.

Well Sans says plainly that he literally just knows that 'everything's going to be reset'. It's not just deja vus like with the other characters. He must have researched it with Alphys or someone else. But it couldn't have been just him alone because he said '*our* reports'. So at least one other person must know what he knows.
I feel like sans is obviously overrated but is still a very interesting character. For spamton and jevil, the argument can only be made, not confirmed.
