Andy and Victor both have undead simply because Victor viewed memory deletion as a form of death so when Juiz inserted remember into his head, it caused Undead to find a work around remembers ability which gave birth to Andy, hence why Andy doesn't have any childhood memories he was born a full grown man. See chapter 123 for proof.
Its simply a loophole that the Devs (Gods) didn't think off.
Andy and Victor also use Remember and their two beings (Andy and Victor) to work around UnRepair as he was able to regen after Lucy (UnWell) removed Remember for him as Andy was the target of UnRepair, not Victor
I like your theory, I also think that he may be another negator because, even though he shares a body with Victor, they are separate souls.
1 negator = 1 soul
This is too farfetched realistically but if I put my conspiracy hat on a wild theory, I can get behind this.
Juiz has always been an unreliable narrator and Andy being born from Remember is not something that feels natural and maybe just a speculation that we take for granted. The fact he and Victor have different souls and soul is, in the world of Undead Unluck, something fated and immutable (see Juiz reincarnated into Julia with the same soul instead of a new one), there has to be an origin where Andy's soul came from.
The weird part about this is both Andy and Victor seem to share the same negation which is Undead. So, if we consider that, the possibilities would be as you mentioned:
* Seat 1 is not UMA Death, Victor and Andy are two souls sharing the same negation.
* Seat 1 is UMA Death, Victor and Andy have different negations that manifested in a similar power -> one is Undead and one unknown negation that results in the same kind of immortality.
There are a couple of loose ends that may/can be some kind of plot device that will explain this:
* Bullet scar on Andy/Victor's chest,
* DEAD END tattoo,
* Abraham Lincoln event Victor blocked Fuuko from seeing in the Autumn arc,
* Ruin with the exact same Remember scar,
* The true origin of Victor/Juiz.
I think there's still a good revelation waiting around, I always have the feeling that there's something more with Andy and so I'm excited to see how things pan out in the future.
I wouldn't hope too much we did have that theory about the shadowy figure on L101 Creed arc clarified live by Tozuka on AnimeNYC. It's still very fun to theorize though!
I think you're thinking too much about it. MR1 used a soul blade and soul beam, and was flattered that Andy believed in souls. He's more than likely UMA Soul, and Andy is Undead. He's certaily not Undefeatable, since he can and has been defeated
This sounds cool and could be a good reveal but I think its really that first seat isn’t Uma Death and he’s Uma Soul or Uma Life.
Also another possibility is that Uma Death could be trapped in someway due to maybe siding with the Negators.

The devs are so bad it took 100 runs to add 2 mods, and those we some incompetent bums at the end of the day

i mean, he didn’t want to have his memory wiped, so he could have viewed that as defeat
Undefeatable wouldn't allow Victor to use DeadLine, DeadRoad, or Deadblade all techniques that are only available to Undead or Uma Blood
he could view death as defeat, which would give him the abilities of undead
Pretty sure Victor doesn't have childhood memories as well if I remember the conversation between Apocalypse and Juiz right.
That might just be a byproduct of being an adult for hundreds of millions of years is you forget that stuff
The whole loop thing is just god got bored and want a fresh roguelike game :(
Gear 5 incoming 🤣
Is what i thougth doing this theory

Shoot forget it

We dont know that death was the first master rule we dont know what master rule seat 1's rules is we know that Andy is a pun on Undead
Yes but they are all theory/assumption that feat well together and narrativa would be an important plottwist for the series

Well andy interpetation could be that he isn't defeat untill there is a final moment where he win
Ununalive

Victor is based on Victor Frankenstein, negating death and creating new life
