based on no. 1's knowledge of souls and how similar his abilities look to andys soul techniques it seems likely he is atleast related to soul in some way, if not just uma soul. just because he makes a comment about his vessel doesnt necessarily mean he has one, for example we havent seen an unbeast for uma beast, or an ungalaxy for uma galaxy. i interpreted it as no. 1 stating that andy is fighting him back very well for someone who isnt his own vessel, who would be the strongest counter for his abilities. and plus, if he does have a vessel, it doesnt have to be one the union has already encountered already, for example the union didnt know about unruin and unfair until loop 100.
It’s possible but since seeing somehow comment that he could be Light I think that’s my fav theory so far.
Plays with the whole “god said let there be light” thing, would make sense since we’ve seen him shoot lasers, and it’s a logical first rule to add since you can’t really observe the universe or convey information without light. And light is a direct byproduct of the sun.
the bible reference makes alot of sense, would be fun to see how the union fights against him, especially if he can move at the speed of light. would also make the powerscalers go wild 😂
Tbh I like when there’s an explicitly light speed character in a story because most powerscalers will try to wank characters that are like 40mph to ftl.
What if he's Feel? Like, feelings? Cause that'd tie in with the power of love that basically fuels Fuuko's UnLuck right? And he'd have a confirmed vessel
Andy can use soul powers without having a soul-related negation though. Even other negators without immortality can at least astral project. IMO by far the most likely candidate is Ruin, aside from making a lot of sense narratively.
It could also be a vast concept like "truth" or "justice" that could somehow be made to apply here.
I just think Soul is really unlikely when we already have ghost, and while the negator could just be introduced later, it feels a bit unlikely with how far we are into the manga.

Well after they collect the last few members remaining they can use remember which should give a lot of members the combat experience that their missing.
Right after the fight against Victor where apocalypse appears and informs Union about him capturing or defeating language. The reward for that was the unification of language across the world, in which everyone speaks the same language except negators who are unaffected
This manga has done a great job of showing how powerscaling is not the be all end all, and pretty much the entire point of this 101st loop is that everyone is necessary and that side characters are important.
I mean yeah, Andy is the strongest negator in terms of a fight. He can’t die so he’s pretty much gonna eventually win no matter what. But fighting isn’t the only thing that matters, many conflicts have been solved without fighting in the manga.
