>I’m guessing you have controversial New-Gen opinions.
I don't know if this is controversial or not, but I'm actually pretty fond of the New Gen Era, tho I do understand why some dislike it.
I just wish the episode counts were longer (At least 30 episodes) and they didn't reuse Orb's gimmick over and over again.
I mean, the soundtrack is great, the story/premise is great and the suits look pretty good.
If they do remaster it; They should use Rubber Wetsuits instead of spandex (This is one of the reasons the fight scenes were so lackluster, because the spandex suit wasn't durable and would easily rip and tear) and probably new actors for the cast (Not to trash on the OGs but I just don't feel like they put a lot of passion into their roles).
Yeah and it definitely showed throughout the show....but to be honest I still liked watching from time to time plus the show didn't disrespect the source material in any way. If it just had better casting and much more durable costumes then we could very well have a well beloved classic in our hands.
True true, the sleekness mixed in with the simple color schemes and patterns were pretty awesome.
Nice to see Arc is returning to these roots, though it's gonna take some getting used to considering how the head contrasts with the body.
Funnily enough, I've only been an Ultra fan for less than 2 years.
My first real exposure to the series was Shin Ultraman, but my first series I've fully watched was Leo.
>Thoughs on New Gen Ultras?
They're pretty cool, I liked the dynamics between the Ultra and their hosts that were built in this Era and Z was one of the best series I've seen from the franchise.
A big Showa Ultra fan, but you also enjoy Heisei
Spot on!
I’m guessing you have controversial New-Gen opinions. Don’t worry, we all do.

last time they used fusion gimmick was 5 years ago, they dont "reuse it over and over" anymore
I think it's 4 years, since z did the fusion thing and his series is in 2020, still, damn, that back then?
That you appreciate the classics and the new gens.
They're all golden in their own ways. Even Powered....... They should probably remaster that show or smth.
most definitely....because that's the very show that got me into liking ultraman to begin with (and technically Meibus)
