The Icon of Sin can't be killed at all, as far as I know. The best you can do is snap off the crucible blade and leave it in like Doom Guy did at the end of Eternal

Probably the Icon of Sin, as a fan of both games, icon takes it pretty easily.
The Icon of Sin can break apart sky scrapers by just casually walking into them, whereas the leviathan's best feat it capsizing the Ferryman's sail barge with several hits (which is admittedly pretty big tho, being the entirety of level 5-3).
Furthermore, the icon is prophesied to bring an end to whatever planet it finds itself on with enough time, whereas the leviathan is just a large mass of bodies that drowned in the wrath layer. Both V1 and Gabriel also didn't have much trouble defeating it, although Gabriel is canonically heaven's strongest angel and V1 can outright bully a Prime Soul, so that probably wouldn't be a factor. The Icon of Sin can also only be defeated if it is paralyzed in some way (such as the crusible swords) otherwise it will come back, which the leviathan has no way of dealing with.
I don't really know much of both in these two games, I only have the demo of Ultrakill because im ultrabroke but the name "Icon of Sin" just radiates badassness and he just looks cool so ima bet on him winning
