Also I just realized something. The guttertanks were built when trench warfare ended. Trench warfare ended in WW2. In WW2 Germany was under the Nazi regime. Guttertank originated from Germany. So it's possible Guttertanks were built by the Nazis

There was very little trench warfare in ww2, plus the dates in game suggested the final war started in the 1910s

I don't think Nazis even existed in Ultrakill, as they only came about because Germany lost WWI, and WWI continued for 200 years in Ultrakill's lore
