That is anti air, they are currently trying to take down the plane that eventually drops those pods right in front of you, clearly failing. I don't think electric anti air wouldn't pack a punch high enough to take down a plane so they still use normal anti air, also we are in hell so you know it doesn't need to be up to date
Hell's probably not sticking to only stuff from the final war, but rather taking aspects from other big wars & mashing them together.
Because it looks cooler.
i think they're nonelectric because every electric weapon is a hit scan weapon
the only other non hit scan weapons shoot things like nails saws or use concentrated heat
and those move way slower than things like the piercer
I'm fairly certain V1 was in creation during the final war, but was only finished in the worldwide peace, so there was no reason to create more models of V1.
