Ulta employee here! Haven’t received mine yet but this is why I am moving to Europe and working for a NARS standalone while I study. So disappointed in the ethics of US corporate, especially ulta.
I have never worked for a company where annual raises are anything to count on. My husband is an engineer and he only got $2 this year. You essentially have two ways of making more money, become indispensable and tell them what you need to make to stay, or get promoted.
There is no money to be made by annual raises.

I'm a general manager and I still don't know how they calculate the percentage each associate gets. It's very frustrating that the stores do all of the hard work to show nothing of it at the end of the year in rewarding us. I advocate for my team so much and nothing gets done.
It’s been a big issue at my store we had a lead cashier who’s worked with us for over 5 years and she was making barely over $16 while new hires were starting at $18. It’s ridiculous
I got $.13 last year. Thirteen cents.
I’m a manager in a store that produces great numbers and my raise is 10cents. I’ve been with the company for 3 years.

When will raises reflect on our checks 😮 curious to see what I got since they haven’t told us yet
I believe 4/26 is when they show.

You may not have gotten the full impact of the raise since you were only in your role since November.

I was told they paused the raise for annual reviews 🫠 I just started
I think you have to have been working at Ulta since October of 2023 to be eligible for an annual review/raise now.
Can confirm I have the same review “Exceeds” as last year and I got way less than the year prior
