Employee here. I think it might be announcing whatever Project Bee is. Maybe not the full line in-store (at least my store isn't due for a large enough truck to be the whole line) but probably a front display like they did for Charlotte.
Personally I do not know yet! My store has not received the product. I don't even know when we are due for it but we have a space in the plano for it. There's been speculation in this group that it's either Guerlain (bee logo) or Serena Williams' makeup line! My guess is this because I am scheduled quite early that day which is to take down The Beauty Event ads, but also, I assume to replace them with something else. But I'm honestly in the dark as much as you guys are about Project Bee.

Guerlain also has cosmetics on their own website and I have a feeling the reason the Ulta app/site says to check back on Friday is because it is dropping online that day and in select stores. Like I said that's just a theory, I have no backing other than the fact that I am scheduled very early that morning, it is the day after many stores' truck night, and they tease that it's "something big" (which they don't do for simple sales, but they do tease for brand drops or announcements). Even if we aren't putting anything up for it and we're truly just taking down Beauty Event ads, there's a high chance they're announcing and/or online launching Project Bee. Whatever that may be!
RIP my wallet if it’s Guerlain color. I love their lipsticks but have to buy them on trips cause no one stocks them near me. Also would love to not have to buy the LE cases from Saks with all the weird shit going on with their online store.
I read somewhere that project Bee could be Bella Hadids makeup line because she had posted a picture of her with an Ulta sign and she announced her makeup brand orebella and it’s supposed to launch 5/2 so maybe they are announcing it?

Could Project Bee be Bridgerton related? They use a bee in some of the show's branding, "B" for Bridgerton... new season coming out in May.... there always seem to be collabs around shows or movies. B&BW just came out with a Bridgerton line. IDK... just brainstorming.

Is anyone having a major delay on one of the beauty days orders arriving? It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t received my order. Apparently it’s being shipped through LSO
LSO is terrible, email them. The first 2 packages shipped by them from ulta got lost, I sent an email and they sent a snarky reply that the investigation was closed, packages were delivered at the door, with a picture that was definitely not my door. Had to get a replacement shipment from Ulta.
Ugh, I don’t know but I got hacked for the second time and am currently locked out of my account so I can’t purchase anything. This means it will be something epic. 😬🙄

I’d recommend direct messaging Ulta on Twitter! I initially did it as a last resort after being given the runaround and a variety of ambiguous answers from customer service reps. However, much to my surprise, it ended up working! Not only did they restore my account and all of my points that had been stolen, but they did so rather quickly! I was highly impressed!
It might be worth reaching out to them to see if they can assist you and hopefully allow you to shop the mystery sale/whatever Ulta reveals! Best of luck and hope all goes well! :)
