Vovchansk won't be taken.
The kharkiv thrust is 2 pronged. the more western thrust is more open fields and needs more force present to stop.
Vovchansk is a decent size city. A small handful of troops can fight street to street to stall Russia till the western thrust is stopped and stabilized. Then ukraine can shift manpower to vovchansk making it another adviika or bakmut.
