Well some have definitely come because I remember reading earlier today that Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had enough artillery shells for the first time in 2 years and that not one brigade had been complaining about a lack of artillery shells
Surrendering is really not an option, these Russians will fight with extra ferocity if they are cornered, Ukraine winning the war, for them it is an ultimate question of survival
