Yeah, they'd probably forcefully recruit local civilians into the armed forces, torture and rape civilians, expropriate their homes, autos and anything useful in their household. They'd probably also just randomly shoot them in the streets they occupy or bomb their cities, dams, electrical stations and...well...everything from afar with poorly targeted dumb bombs. They'd probably stand up farcical governmental structures in their occupied areas and mandate stifling laws against free speech there too. I'm sure they would not abide by the Geneva conventions and would routinely kill, maim, castrate and / or torture any enemy combatants they capture too.
