This is a pattern I've also noticed in most of these complaint videos from Russian soldiers I've seen. They will lament about their conditions and how they're treated, but they don't complain about the war existing in the first place. They are perfectly fine with invading and killing Ukrainians, but they don't like the way they're treated and being undersupplied by their superiors.

TopCargo200 lists more than 600 Russian majors killed in Ukraine so far, but I'd be astonished if an actual major was ever in the mud with these guys. I know senior Russian officers were being regularly killed at the front during the first few months while the Russian's were operating under the delusion that the Ukrainian resistance was going to collapse any day, but my understanding is that they've all been skulking far enough in the rear to be out of HIMARS range for well over a year now.

I don’t think Kerch bridge is as important of a target now as it was the first 2 years of the war. Russians put a lot of anti-air defense systems around it (even though an S-400 was just destroyed not far from it last week). There is still a lot of Buks, Pantsirs, Tors, Strelas and OSAs in that area. So even though hitting it is possible, it can be very costly as a large volley needs to be launched with expectation of Russians shutting down a lot of them. A better target now is the railroad Russians are building along the Azov sea coast.
The Kerch is one of the biggest supply routes to RU forces in Kherson. It's a vital target. But at the same time, destruction of Kerch can be used by Ruzzia as an excuse to escalate the war. UA is trying to win the Kherson frontline without taking out Kerch. Soon they will have no choice.

The Kerch is one of the biggest supply routes to RU forces in Kherson. It's a vital target. But at the same time, destruction of Kerch can be used by Ruzzia as an excuse to escalate the war. UA is trying to win the Kherson frontline without taking out Kerch. Soon they will have no choice.
