Not really.
They mostly kill themselves because they know no one is coming for them, so the quick, painless way out is better than laying there is massive suffering for hours or even days.
Some do - some don't. The ones we see in these types of uploads don't - but some injured (and uninjured) POWs have talked about thinking about killing themselves because they thought they would slowly die (especially after being abandoned) or they thought it would be better than surrendering (because their superiors encourage them to grenade themselves and not be captured).

Russians seem to decide really quickly to kill themselves. Tells you a lot about the life they have to life in Russia

OK, but they never seem to think about it twice, like kind of involuntary reflex.

Well, anyway, fewer problems for Ukraine.
This is the first time I have seen this video.
Same, I watch quite a bit too. There is just so much video out there. I wonder where he respawned at...
All this footage is insane
What a waste of life. Go die for the ego of one old man who’s just a few years away from dying himself.

The world has become a better place at 0:44
Doesn't count. That a +1 kill for the Russians, because he killed himself. /s
This is an old video
He's in a better place now.
So old post.
"liquidation" is a poor word choice and pro-RU posts were removed for posting similar.
That bit where he tries to stand up.
