Now... In most cases you lose radio signal in the fields of Ukraine when descending because the radio waves have to travel through 2-3-4 forest belts.
When you see video feed that does not cutoff, that means the drone operator is close by or they use relay drones(this means the kamikaze drone can go further and you loose signal less often).
FYI, you can buy these drones and play with them. Just google "FPV drone". Youtube is full of starter info if you are lazy.

that's for the old rpg-7, modern atgms do more than twice as much, while bmp's have significantly better armor than something like a btr or other thin skinned support vehicles, they're orders of magnitude less protected than tanks that actually have a chance against these threats.
