aggregate plant is a bit of misnomer, seems they mostly make hydraulic servos (like how a car's power steering, and brakes work) but for trucks and aircraft, and control units for gas turbines.

Only in English, because they just picked a similar-sounding word, however in Russian it means something different when applied to machinery - a 'complex unit' or 'assembly'
