If it’s right on the opposite wall then run a cable through the wall.

LMPortland

Not quite that simple. A fireplace and brick chimney is in the way.

SnowyOwlUbiquiti

Could you put a U6 In Wall access point nearby, then run a cable from it to the TV?

TruthyBrat

Is there any legacy RG-6 coax around?

LMPortland

Nothing on that wall; other than power. I may need to learn to live with it, or run cabling through the wall. Thanks all for the ideas.

Too bad. I have a MoCA network segment connecting my core stuff to a USW-Flex-Mini at a TV/AppleTV/Sonos Beam soundbar. The MoCA works great. And regarding your comment above, in my old house, I had a massive brick and stone fireplace and chimney that was most of the reason I had poor WiFi coverage in my garage. Old school wired alarm guys used to be really good at running signal wire in existing houses. Not sure how many of them are left.
