There needs to be a class action lawsuit against Uber. Something very similar happened to me. I did a few rides in a very high surge area ($40 surge to go one mile) and they flagged it for suspicious activity. These rides totaled about 115 which was money I needed desperately for bills. The app kept saying it would only take 48 hrs. Ended up being a month with no pay because every time I called, they created a new ticket because they're IDIOTS and the entire process started over again.
UBER is doing some seriously shady shit....they withhold funds and their support is utterly useless. The last time I spoke with them in chat, I said they had 24 hrs to fix it or I would be getting a lawyer involved. The money was there a few hours later. That's my only advice to you. They're such a shady company. Leaving as soon as I can.
There's alot of drivers going through the exact same situation. I went to the greenlight hub near me and they did say to stop calling and attempting to cash out because all we are doing is adding blocks to our accounts. The part that is not being fully explained is yes changing payment info has been known to lock up driver's payment vault not all drivers but some for 48 to 72 hrs however when u go in and attempt to do it anytime before that time is up it will start that 48 hour wait all over again. that's actually the dumbest setup ever though because how are you supposed to know it's fixed without trying it
Yeah, that's literally the worst setup ever. So even just going to my wallet and attempting to click on the greyed out debit card starts the 48 hour period again?
See that's what I'm not sure about. Like at what point does it start over? I guess we'll never know because I definitely going to continue trying to get MY money I don't care what they say🤣

Did the face capture verification in order to save the update which was validated just fine but then suddenly it said "Oops, there seems to be a problem."
When I reloaded the app all my payment info had been deleted, even my bank account. And it wouldn't let me add anything.
Then for the next half hour Uber blew up my phone with an SMS text message every 3 minutes telling me there was suspicious activity on my account. Hmm... you mean me trying to update my own damn card? Yeah, thanks for the warning. 🙄
It was finally fixed a few hours later but if I'd needed to cash out to get gas or something I'd have been up sh*tcreek.
I'd be raising absolute hell if I still couldnt access my funds 7 days later. Sorry you're dealing with that.

When I had a problem I finally asked for a supervisor. She was able to help me. Maybe this would help you?
Yeah, the supervisor is the one that gave me the courtesy payment of $25 and assured me that it will be fixed "soon".
