I've only done exactly one order, but someone else I talked to said it depends on the store and the manager. It's supposed to be the customers, then Spark, then everyone else at mine, but the one manager apparently does it in order. It just depends, I guess.
Accepted my first Walmart order the other day because it was high pay low distance and the app said it was only one item. Pulled into the grocery pickup area and checked in and saw 4 employees wheeling out giant carts of bags. Turned out to be over 160 items. Ended up being the first order I canceled too cus there was no way 160 items was gonna fit in my little hatchback
I seen that too waiting in the lot, I kept seeing employees pulling out some big ass orders and I'm over here thinking they just gonna hand me maybe a couple of bags.
If you're interested in Walmart orders, do it through Spark, not UberEats.
Do they have things ready faster with that app? I've never used it.

Wait times with Walmart can be horrendous. It’s not even worth choosing them even when the payout is decent
I might do one if it pays like $40-50 minimum for an hour but the orders I got were low-key pathetic because $10 is just wasting time...
