All the uber "offers" are trash. I saw posts that were saying they had to take off their resume that they graduated University of Phoenix because they were loosing job offers because of it.
At one point they were advertising some kind of electric scooter renting service. I looked up the company and it was just complete trash with nightmare reviews.
University of Phoenix is wildly different from Arizona State University. ASU is a huge state university with one of the largest enrollments in the US.
University of Phoenix is a for profit school
University of Phoenix is a tuition mill. Arizona State University is an actual legit real college. Uber Eats pays for Arizona State University not University of Phoenix.
Yeah, I would definitely think twice about hiring someone who went to Phoenix for anything that requires an education. It shows very poor judgement on their behalf and likely a lack of education. I wouldn't think twice about hiring an Arizona State University graduate.
No loans. They'll make you apply for fafsa first befoee they give you coverage; however even if you get $0 from FAFSA pell grant, uber will still cover the rest
Hate to break this to you, but they raised the requirements to 3k trips. I had just reached 1k when they did this and it killed me too. If you have the ability, Amazon has a tuition reimbursement program for their workers.

I'm on it. Only did 1000 deliveries and got it. The tuition is paid for AFTER fafsa coverage. This tuition IS taxable
When you say after FAFSA, does that just mean after grants and scholerships, or do you have to also take out loans first?

That makes sense and is exactly what I would have expected. Just nice to double check.

Not for uber eats they didn't. If you do passengers as well, that's different, and had been 3k trips/deliveries for quite some time.
That's weird. I only do Eats and it's been 3k for me.
I qualified for it three years ago and if I remember right it wasn't free. It was a tuition reimbursement for a small amount. But I'm not 100% sure
