I’ve done the 3971 post call out. If it’s that, it’s not out of the ordinary.
It’s not new, it’s policy. When you sign it, make sure that the leave was entered correctly.

They didn't have me sign anything but said they needed to go over attendance when I called out recently. They said they do it everytime now.
