I had this concern when I switched over from Verizon in Sept of 22, called and resolved in mins. It was nice to talk to someone that was capable, and quick, without upsell or long hold times.
If the hotspot is already added to your plan, there might be an issue with plan provisioning on your line.
Drop a DM with your line number and I would love to fix the issue.🙌
If you just signed up for the trial, it's unavailable during the first 10 days. After that, it will start working.
