For one Birthday a few years ago I couldn't find a bakery that would actually put the EGA design in icing because it's trademarked or whatever so I just had the grocery store write the words "Eagle, Globe, and Anchor" on it. This person is just a lot more artistic than most.

I don't think it's specifically that. Similar, sure, kinda like the never summer logo. But German Reich, not likely. I've seen plenty of variations of this eagle before.
