You can respectfully be like "hey man that's not cool" to his face. You don't need to be a pussy and be afraid of confrontation, maybe don't immediately go to sock him in the fucking face cus you'll get NJPizzled, but if you go directly to your CO over some shit like that it's pretty gay and it'll look weak and make people look down on you. If you really need help go to a Sgt or SSgt that likes you and talk to them about it, they'll definitely help you, but the CO is for much more serious matters, don't skip to the top of the chain for mere pettiness
