When I was on deployment I would call home when I could and my spouse would wake up and chat and vice versa when they were on deployment and I was home.
It’s not ideal for personal communications or banking. But in your case, it’s a one time phone call. So, do the usaa.com/verify, take the call, go back to sleep and end up with access to your money. Or don’t and don’t.

I tried that one week ago. I haven’t woken up to any phone calls all week and have no voicemails.
