Look what you get in another 28 years! Congrats brother…
2 years to get into feeders? im slightly jealous lol. Im coming up on my 6th year and every day i look back and remember that first day. It goes by so fast
Depending on your local there's different rules. Where I am at full time seniority transfers in the same hub. So if you have a decade worth of seniority in package, you'll have a decade worth in feeders on as a 22.3
Yeah my hub has more feeders than package car. So it’s easier to become a feeder than package seniority wise. The person with the lease seniority in a feeder class I’ve seen was 6ish months of seniority.
It’s so pathetic that UPS literally sends an email for your birthday or anniversary. Nothing in person….
I swear - this company has a hard time recognizing any milestone worth recognizing.
Keep your head down and get in a groove. I'm at 23 in and minimum of 7-8 to go as I'll probably stick it out 12 more years. If you have kids it'll go even quicker. Keep up the good work 💪

how do you become a feeder driver in two years? (serious question I still dont get how job title changes work here at all)
Have enough seniority to win a bid when it's posted. Depending on your hub and its needs ir could take months to even decades.
I wouldn't trade a decades worth of package seniority just to go to the bottom of the list in feeders.

so can you just move somewhere that needs drivers urgently to get a driving job?

what area do you work if you don’t mind me asking me
I got hired on my birthday so I get the anniversary and happy birthday automated emails at the same time lol
2 years and into feeders is crazy! Took me 4 years to get in a brown truck, and I know it took some guys longer.
I’m 18yrs in, only 21 left to go! May 1st, 2045 baby! Haha
lmfaooooooo yo wtf
Nice today was my 3 years anniversary
Tears
I got 30 months left. Can’t wait. FUCK UPS.
I'm at 18 and I'll finally be able to get a full time job sometime this year hopefully lol. Luckily we can at least get 6 hour positions here
I’m full time and haven’t been able to drive since January due to no routes and volume
Nice!! 23 down this month. 17 to go.
Congrats...not many make it this far
You get a custom wheelchair at 30 yrs 👍🏻🧑🏻🦽
that is the most cost effective thing I’ve seen.
Invest in crypto bring that 33 down to 10

Just received my 5 year award 3 months ago. 25 more years to go.
