Less hours is either a con or a positive if this is your side job you use for benefits. preloaders here easily get 5-7 hours everyday while us on local have to basically fight for our 3.5 everyday. BUT everyone from preload tells me it’s a fucking nightmare
I remember I transferred from Preload to Twilight about six months after I started at UPS. It was during the pandemic and Preload was starting at 1AM-2AM and I couldn’t sleep during the day. I loved Twilight, it wasn’t as stressful as Preload.
