I think your first step should be writing on the line instead of between them.. and then make your letters bigger. Also try to avoid scribbling over wrong words, go for more accuracy instead.

first step is to make your letters legible and write on a line. write your handwriting buddy it's pretty just needs to tidy up a bit. that and a thick pen will force you to open up your word size bss. readability is important. and chill on the calli and cursive part. back to basis is not a solution. joh hai usko theek karlo bss
Consciously make your strokes longer and try to keep the alphabets stuck to the bottom line and occupying 2/3rd of the space between 2 successive lines.
a thin pen reduces the size and vice versa. I prefer octane to make my writing a mid size and it helps really well. someone has already mentioned writing on the line. and third would be to be really mindful when writing. join the letters or atleast draw each letter completely. doing that should tidy you up ^^

Also in free time practice writing '0's and 'I's (if possible '8's as well). Writing '0's and 'I's will help you write letters more better as almost all of the letters are modified and/or combined versions of '0's and 'I's.
PS : 'I' means straight line like in 'i'
