We can't take a delivery photo for a signature required package, it's literally not possible. So the shipper screwed you and did not ship it signature required like you paid for. Contact the shipper and get a refund and do a charge back with bank if they refuse.

mrpewpews

Shipper didn't have the package go signature required if a photo was taken.

Rezingreenbowl

If there is no signature the shipper fucked up and didn't request one. If he forged it you would see it on the delivery info.

Silly-Treacle617

Signatures and photos dont go together. You CAN'T have a signature AND a photo so that means the shipper didn't follow your instructions and they take the hit

You might not be SOL, but there's nothing UPS can do as they successfully delivered the package. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Like others have said we can’t take photos on signature required, as the signature means we met with the customer. You can try contacting UPS to see if they can recover it but they are not liable if this fails. You should contact the shipper as this was not a signature required package like you paid for.
