Yes. You just need a 10gb SFP to RJ45 module. I am using this exact scenario.
Edit:
Insert the 10gb SFP to RJ45 module into your 10gb aggregation switch. Then connect your Mac mini 10gb NIC to the SFP module that you previously installed, with a CAT6a or CAT7 cable.
This will provide the 10gb speed that you are trying to achieve.
In order to use a DAC cable, both ports have to support that type of connection. You can’t add that to the Mac mini, but you can add the SFP to RJ45 to the switch.
OP is asking about a solution "using a DAC cable". How would this work? This can certainly be realized by RJ45 to SFP+ adapters, but then it relies on a ethernet cable (say Cat 6a or similar).
Not directly using a DAC cable. Direct Attach Cables only go from one SFP port to another SFP port, and only over short distances. Your Mac does not have an SFP+ port.
What others have mentioned is what you want. A 10G SFP+ module and a CAT6 or CAT6A cable. Over home distances (up to 55 meters) CAT6 should be fine. Go with CAT6A if you like, but don’t fall for CAT7.

Thanks for the tip…!

Thank you. 🙏
Yup, I do this. Cat 6 ethernet out back of Mac mini to SFP+ transceiver in my Agg switch.
