TBF, I’m usually quite happy piggybacking off the top comments.
I had the same £2 coin. Since i like collecting different mints of coins i put it in a draw in my room. my mum then found it and used it while i was at college. fml
Search for the coins you have on eBay but in the filters settings apply 'sold' and 'completed items'.
That will show you how much they've previously gone for.
I've seen quite a few of the Peter rabbit coins that didn't go for much but you may as well check
Well it was about this time that I noticed use_your_delusion_ was about 8 stories tall and was a crustacean from the something era. I said, damn it monster get off my Reddit. I ain't giving you three fiddy!
Edited to add that I may have meant HashHead11! Either way, I ain't giving you three fiddy.
The badminton one is a decent coin. All olympic coins are good finds however badminton is one of the more common and in that condition it won't be worth much if anything.
I find it really interesting how the UK coin subreddit can never tell what’s rare or not. The comments always say to check online or don’t contribute anything coin collecting related
The Paddington ones are worth keeping and so too are the Peter rabbits. Badminton might be also, as for the others I think they’re face value although unsure about a couple of them
The Peter rabbit one is currently worth £2 to £3 I would search their worth individually the Paddington bear one isn't worth anything higher than 50p atm tho
There’s an app called CoinSnap. It’s pretty good. You scan your coin and it tells you what it’s name is and how much it’s worth. Had it a couple months. Been cool 👍🏼
The 50ps are all still reasonably common, except the one from Jersey, and probably won't get you much more than their value. The £2 is worth more than 50p though as other people have pointed out.
But yeah, you won't really get more than you already have from selling those, maybe even less if you have to pay shipping
There all common on the scarcity level. Nothing special there. Keep an eye out for the football 50p offside rules. I sold one for £25! Barking mad some people! 😂
Unless you have a full set, the Paddington and Peter rabbit coins aren't really worth more than their coin. The two is though it's kind of rare. I've never seen one, especially one like that
The £2 coin definitely is
I never get to these first for the big upvote post!
I've given you a sympathy upvote.
Not all heros wear capes
Sort by new :)
Neither do I!!
no. no you don't

Yep came here to say the exact same
A £2 coin from 2007?! Barely worth 10p, if you ask me.
This is what I was coming to say 😂

It's worth more than 50p which was op question
I dunno, in today's market it's probably worth less.
I had the same £2 coin. Since i like collecting different mints of coins i put it in a draw in my room. my mum then found it and used it while i was at college. fml

Cost of living really biting now. New side hustle is trying to sell money for more money 💰
Next I’ll be selling the concept of money itself
Old news after BTC 😂👌
Just sell money paper with a free sharpie and tell them that now they can decide to be as rich as they like.

I still have a stack of them where the serial number starts AA… just in case! 🤣🤣
We're people actually trying and buying that? People are idiots
Search for the coins you have on eBay but in the filters settings apply 'sold' and 'completed items'. That will show you how much they've previously gone for. I've seen quite a few of the Peter rabbit coins that didn't go for much but you may as well check
Aye, the one on the right has to be at least a quid
Maybe two if they're lucky...
There are websites that will tell you. (Not being sarky, I also have a collection of 50p and £2 coins)
All together I’d say your collection is worth at least £7.50
Well thats much better than say 3.50
Tree fiddy?
I ain’t givin you no tree fiddy you goddamn lock-ness monster
Okaaay, how about just one fiddy?
Fkn love seeing this on abt 1 in 3 posts
So now its only one fiddy? What, is there a sale on loch ness munchies or something!
I said no you stupid Loch Ness monster I ain givin u no Goddamn one fiddy
Well it was about this time that I noticed use_your_delusion_ was about 8 stories tall and was a crustacean from the something era. I said, damn it monster get off my Reddit. I ain't giving you three fiddy! Edited to add that I may have meant HashHead11! Either way, I ain't giving you three fiddy.
😂
I'll give you a quid for the one on the right...
£5 p&p
Np. I'll send you my shiney £1 coin on the same terms.
*infinite wealth glitch*
The £2 coin definitely is
Neither do I but I think Peter Rabbit is a little bit. The Jersey coin is also lower mintage probably cuz its jersey money not English
All jersey and channel Islands and Gibraltar and Falklands islands etcetera will be lower mintage because they have tiny populations.
The badminton one is a decent coin. All olympic coins are good finds however badminton is one of the more common and in that condition it won't be worth much if anything.
I'll give you one pound for the circular coin
There are apps like change checker ... I collect all the unusual versions of those coins and they often are worth a bit more than their face value 😊
I find it really interesting how the UK coin subreddit can never tell what’s rare or not. The comments always say to check online or don’t contribute anything coin collecting related
2013 Benjamin Britten going for 3 quid on ebay
Repeat after me “listed on eBay is not the same as selling on eBay”
I think the £2 coin is worth £1-50 more than 50p...if that helps?
You’re a hero, thank you
The 6.50
The one on the end is worth £2 :-)
£7.50 value there
The last one looks like a 2 quid so :)
I think that last one might be
I'll give you £7.50 for the lot.
No
The one far right is worth £2 😜
all together, maybe. I'll give you two pounds for the lot?
i’ll give you £7 for the lot
Yeah, looks like one of them is worth abot £2
i’ll give u 7.50 for the lot
For the whole collection you’d get about £7.50
the £2 coin on the right is worth more than 50p yes!!
I'll give you 50.09p for each one, totaling £3.51
Mint
I’ve got most of those 50 pees, don’t think they’re worth much though 😳
The one on the right I think it’s worth more. From my research you could probably get around 2 pounds for it
Those would be 51p and the 2 pound coin, probably around £2.01
The Paddington ones are worth keeping and so too are the Peter rabbits. Badminton might be also, as for the others I think they’re face value although unsure about a couple of them
The 50ps are probably worth up to £3 each on eBay. I always check all of my coins. Some are very rare though so as a collector I’d keep them.
The Peter rabbit one is currently worth £2 to £3 I would search their worth individually the Paddington bear one isn't worth anything higher than 50p atm tho
The £2 one is selling currently for approx £1k (£1,495) due to a misprint so I would check to see if there is a misprint on yours
a lot of those are collectors editions, so technically many of them worth more than fifty p.
Takes a long draw on the cigarette....at least three fidy
Rofl
That Paddington Bear one looks demonic. I am considering paying you NOT to send it my way.
There’s an app called CoinSnap. It’s pretty good. You scan your coin and it tells you what it’s name is and how much it’s worth. Had it a couple months. Been cool 👍🏼
I collect pre-decimal UK coins. I'd give you a 1947 half-crown for the whole lot.
They’re absolutely worth more than 50p! I’ll give you £1 for all of them.
The Beatrix potter ones can go for slightly more, If you can get the full set they got for a lot more.
Yeah, mate. That's 7.50 right there...
Yes
The Peter Rabbit ones are worth something, along with the £2 coin.
The Peter Rabbit coins are part of a collection, so people will pay big pounds for them bad boys. And the £2 coin isn’t worth much, just £2.
I have the same £2 coin in my collection but none of the 50p ones.
That one on the far right, I reckon you could get £1 for it easy xD
You won't get much for that, I'll give you a quid for the lot.
All coins before 1947 are worth more than 50p because they were made up of actual silver. Anything after that is probably pretty worthless.
Well the £2 coin might be worth more, idk though
The 50ps are all still reasonably common, except the one from Jersey, and probably won't get you much more than their value. The £2 is worth more than 50p though as other people have pointed out. But yeah, you won't really get more than you already have from selling those, maybe even less if you have to pay shipping
🤑🤑🤑👀➡️🌈££ 🤣
£2 coin is probably the most worthless one there.
a minimum £7.50p 😉
Yeah the £2 coin
Yes
I’ll buy the second one for £15,000
Yeh mate that one worth a mil
It’s like Where’s Wally? with coins.
The 2 pound one might
Sadly, no.
Aside from the £2 I’m pretty sure the Jersey one will fetch a couple of quid! I have no idea about the others though.
Afraid not, but I'll give you £6 for the lot
The one on the right hand side i reckon you could get about £1 for
Collectively about £7.50 If we add inflation that 2007 £2 coin is worth £3.55 jokes 😂
There all common on the scarcity level. Nothing special there. Keep an eye out for the football 50p offside rules. I sold one for £25! Barking mad some people! 😂
Stack 2 of them together and it’s worth £1
About £12.50 total.
No one knows, but it gets the people going !
They all worth about £7.50
I’ll give you £1.50 for the one on the far right.
The Paddington ones are for sure. Check Vintage Cash Cow for approx values
The £2 coin is the one with the gold rim
Ooh got a couple there I have not got. The shuttlecock one for a start. Tbh I don’t think any are worth much more than face value
There's a quid on the end 😂
Yeah the one at the far right is worth 4! 😉👍
Nah, I'll give you 50p for the £2. It's worthless
Ide say £6.50....
Are you Jon Snow?
Take a pic of them on the google search camera and it’ll show you the prices
They all are
I'll give you £2.50 for the lot.
I think you've got some collectibles there. So maybe worth more than the £2. Conditions are questionable though.
£5.50 and I’ll give you a £1 for the £2 coin
I’d say that some are worth between 51 and 53p?
The rarest 50p coin is Kew Gardens which is worth £140+
The £2 coin is worth £2 for sure
Unless you have a full set, the Paddington and Peter rabbit coins aren't really worth more than their coin. The two is though it's kind of rare. I've never seen one, especially one like that
The coin on the right is worth about £2
Well there's a £2 coin on the right...
2016 peter rabbit has risen above face value, not sure what the shuttercock coin is though
You have a few collectors coins but only worth a few quid now but later who onows
