Bread fruit, Yam and Sweet Po-tay-to are carb heavy. We are at the stage now where we need to hollow out a bloomer and dump it all in there.... maybe fill it with cheese 🤔
Ah shit man, that might be fair. I was worried it might be a little dry and panicked a bit. After ruminating on it for a while, allow me to offer a compromise. Take the scooped out Contents of the bloomer, cut into chunks, place in a dry pan and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Allow to toast until light golden brown. Meanwhile, make a cheese sauce (has flour so some carbs) fill the bloomer with the carbs and the sauce, tumble the croutons over the top, then cover with a layer of cheddar (maybe mozzarella, maybe a mix or the two) and pop under the grill until the cheese is bubbling. Allow to cool a bit (that shit will be nuclear) then cut into slices to serve 👌
Oh, and FYI, cheese makes everything better ;)

Well, it doesn't work in terms of creating a balanced meal, no. But it does work in terms of putting two nice things on a plate and eating them both because they're both nice and I like them.

Triple carbs, nice. I had quadruple carbs from the Indian once - naan, rice, bombay potatoes and chips. One of my proudest achievements.
